Terms of Service

BuyAWSCredit is a marketplace that supplies verified cloud accounts and pre-loaded credit packages from a range of cloud providers. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services, Google, Microsoft, DigitalOcean, Oracle, or any other provider. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services. By ordering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that you will use the products in compliance with all applicable laws and the relevant provider's terms of service.

Orders are fulfilled after payment is confirmed. Delivery times stated on product pages (typically 2–8 hours, or 30 minutes to 12 hours for some providers) are estimates, not guarantees. Credentials are delivered through our secure channel (Telegram or email). It is your responsibility to secure the account immediately on receipt, including changing passwords and enabling MFA.

You agree not to use any account purchased from us for illegal activity, including but not limited to: sending spam or unsolicited bulk email in violation of anti-spam laws; cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by the provider; hosting malware, phishing, or fraudulent content; denial-of-service attacks; or any activity that violates the provider's acceptable-use policy. Accounts suspended due to prohibited activity are not eligible for replacement.

Prices are listed in US dollars and payable in cryptocurrency. Prices may change at any time, but the price shown at the time of your confirmed order applies to that order. Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

We provide a replacement guarantee as described in our Refund & Replacement Policy. Except for that guarantee, products are provided "as is" without further warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any third-party cloud platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyAWSCredit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of an account, including data loss, downtime, or provider suspension outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Cloud providers may suspend or terminate accounts at their discretion. While our replacement guarantee covers qualifying issues within the stated window, we cannot control provider decisions. We recommend backing up your data and adding your own payment method for long-term use.

All content on this website — text, design, graphics, and logos (other than third-party provider marks) — is owned by BuyAWSCredit and may not be copied or reused without permission.

We may revise these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
