Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every account we deliver. This policy explains our replacement guarantee, when refunds apply, and how to request help.

1. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

Every account is tested before delivery. If an account is suspended, becomes inaccessible, or does not work as described within 7 days of delivery — for reasons outside your control — we will replace it with an equivalent account at no additional cost. This is our core guarantee and the fastest way to resolve any issue.

2. How to Request a Replacement

Contact us on Telegram at @cloudrixofficial within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a short description (and, where possible, a screenshot) of the issue. We aim to verify and process valid replacement requests within 24 hours.

3. What Is Covered

The guarantee covers: accounts that fail to log in on arrival; accounts suspended due to a pre-existing issue not caused by you; and accounts that materially differ from the product description (wrong region, missing credit, incorrect quota).

4. What Is Not Covered

The guarantee does not cover: accounts suspended due to your own activity or violation of the provider's terms (spam, mining where prohibited, fraud, abuse); issues reported after the 7-day window; loss of access caused by your own changes (lost passwords, deleted resources); or dissatisfaction unrelated to the account functioning as described.

5. Refunds

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, we generally provide replacements rather than cash refunds. A refund may be considered, at our discretion, only when a replacement cannot be supplied for a covered issue. Cryptocurrency refunds, where granted, are sent to the originating wallet and are subject to network fees.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before delivery for a full refund of the amount paid. Once credentials have been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and the replacement guarantee (rather than cancellation) applies.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

As we accept cryptocurrency, traditional chargebacks do not apply. We are committed to resolving every legitimate issue directly — please contact support first and we will make it right under this policy.
